Enquiries

If you submit the enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, message and any agent name you enter.

We use that information to respond to your enquiry, answer questions about the property and arrange or manage an inspection. Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to general marketing communications.

Enquiry information may be shared with the seller’s appointed sales agents and service providers where reasonably necessary to respond to or manage the property enquiry, operate the website or deliver the enquiry securely.

Website measurement & advertising

With your permission, this site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, measure the effectiveness of advertising and referral activity, and improve the way the property is presented and promoted.

What may be processed

Once you have selected Accept, these services may use cookies and similar identifiers and may process information such as the page or URL viewed, time of the visit, browser and device information, advertising or referral information, campaign parameters and interactions with the website.

Google Analytics may derive approximate location information such as country, region and city from the IP address used to connect to the site. Google states that raw IP addresses are discarded after use and are not associated with user identifiers in Google Analytics. We use this coarse location information only for aggregated analysis of where interest in the property is coming from.

The site does not intentionally send the free-text content of an enquiry, or enquiry-form fields such as name, email address or phone number, to Google Analytics. Our Barkala analytics events record website interactions and campaign or referral attribution rather than the contents of an enquiry.

Cookies & similar technologies

Information processed by Meta and Google Analytics is subject to those providers’ own retention practices, policies and settings.

Access, correction & privacy questions

If you want to ask a privacy question, request access to information you have supplied, or ask for it to be corrected, use the Barkala enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the message field.
