Your enquiry

This website is managed for the owner of 15 Barkala Road, Bayview. Enquiries are received through the Barkala Enquiries shared mailbox. The owner may nominate a selling agent to respond or arrange an inspection.

We plan to collect your name, email address, preferred contact method and any optional phone number, message or prior agent contact you provide. These details will be used to answer your enquiry, arrange inspections and keep a record of communications and any agent introduction. Without contact details, we cannot reply.

Relevant details may be shared with the appointed agent handling your enquiry and service providers supporting the website and enquiries. An enquiry will not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Keeping your details

Enquiries are processed through Microsoft Azure and stored as email records in the Barkala Enquiries Microsoft 365 mailbox. Microsoft may process information in Australia and other locations where it operates under its privacy and security terms. Enquiry records are kept for the property campaign and related communication and attribution records, generally for up to 24 months after the campaign ends, then deleted or de-identified unless they are still reasonably needed or must be retained by law.

Cookies & external services

The site code sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google, so your browser makes requests to Google that include technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

Maps and other external sites open only when you follow their links and have their own privacy practices. Microsoft Azure may retain ordinary technical access and security logs.

Questions or changes

You may ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern through our privacy contact. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
